      Very stressful environment due to multitasking and too many releases. Very thin opportunites for growth inspite of putting lot of hard work. Verd bad medical and other perks. No constant motivation or financial rewards for people who work very hard and make a difference. Recently to many mangement changes and politics.

Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
