- Super low salary - Requiring you to work 100% on-site but the salary is very low considering you need to take effort going to & from the office, spend your meals considering it's the Makati Business Center, You need to spend for transportation - Stress of getting to the office. You need to walk 1 kilometer from Ayala Avenue just to get to and from the office. - HMO coverage is only 90k PHP per year which is very low - 5 days vacation leave allotted only from the usual 15 days standard. Stress is waving. Forget work life balance - Loooong hours of work without overtime pay. - You need to sign an bond or you cannot work with your clients and the same business competing Ebizolution. Low salary as mentioned with bond? That is insane. - I can smell fishy with doing business with government agencies as our client. I cannot tolerate government and Ebizolution SUHOL culture just to get the multi-million or billion project. - They need to provide a good salary and benefits to their employees to be motivated and give-back with a great output from their employees. - HR is useless. They are so pro-admin and does not listen to their employees. They are push button.
