This enables the fresher to gain knowledge and also help the experienced employee to have insights on new technologies and mindset. 5. Projects are challenging which enables employees to showcase the talent and utilize skillset. 6. The environment is calm to work with and one doesn’t feel being dread coming into work on Monday mornings. The managers are understanding and cooperative.
