NO PROS I am an optimistic person but was not able to find even a single pro in the organisation during my tenure.

INNUMERABLE I was at a Senior Manager position at the eClerx's Software Services department so you might want to take the following list seriously: 1. No Appreciation for the work ZERO Appreciation. No matter how hard or how well you work here, you will not be appreciated for the work. One of the Associate Program Manager (will be promoted to Program Manager soon) had some of the best guys in his team but he never appreciated any of them. Rather he is always interested in finding faults with his team members. Seriously Mr. Associate Program Manager, do not be this shallow. 2. Some of the managerial level employees just keep on delegating work to others. Not because they are busy, but because they do not want to or they do not know how to do it. One of my colleagues,a senior manager at Chandigarh office went to an "internal training" and was supposed to submit a write up about the same. But he delegated the work to a junior level employee because the senior manager had no clue what and how to write about the "internal training" he went to. Poor junior level employee....!!!! And i still do not understand how that senior manager has reached this position. 3. No consideration towards employee well-being The employee well-being is not even considered a parameter here. Only thing the management wants is to get the work out of employees. They do not care about employee's well being. They make female employees work during late hours without arranging any mode of transportation for them. And this is the same Associate Program Manager (will be promoted to Program Manager soon) mentioned above. Seriously Mr. Associate Program Manager, do not be this shallow. 4. PARTIALITY IN APPRAISALS No matter how much hard work you put in, you will not get the deserved rating if you are not the manager's favorite. Some employee who is in relation with a top management employee will definitely have a better rating than everyone else in his pool. Bottom Line: **IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF AS A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, DO NOT JOIN THIS FIRM. UNLESS YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION. KEEP SEARCHING FOR OPTIONS EVEN AFTER JOINING**
