There are many Cons, but some of the major ones are as :- a) First of all its not a financial analyst job, but a simply data entry job. b) Lot of company politics. If are eager for promotion, then you don't required to do you task honestly, instead of this just have say YES to your manger at each and every step( includes stretching the shift hours, ready to come on sat-sun) c) Don't ever dare to think of good hike. In this company you will get 10% of hike if you are in the best bands. As a fresher, you get the same initial start, which company has been providing since 2008( Rs 14000 per annum, out of which Rs 1200 cab fare which will get deduct from you salary) d) Job culture is one of the worst in KPO. e) Bond- there will be bond of 1 year. I know its not on any notary, so don't get scare about the bond value, but you will not get any certificate in case u resigned before 1 year.
