- Genius CEO. Can sell ice at the poles, and sand in a dessert. - Amazing EMR product - Great training program - Job security. Founders are very family oriented and treat all employees as family. - Get tonnes to learn about US healthcare IT. - Decent benefits. - Good work hours but tonnes of targets.

Svantaggi

- Operations work culture and management style was horrible. - The Strategy management team director(oldest employee in operations) in private practices was a micromanager, moody, weird and dumb. - The COO has a rage issue, gets mad on the drop of a hat, humiliates people publically and is a narcissist. Though he is a nice guy at heart and is always helpful. - Is abundant in Politics, favoritism and groupism. - 90% Indians in all teams. No fair representation of other ethnicities. - Snail's pace in growth.

Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

Svantaggi

Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.
