I love the people I work with. It is a very friendly environment. There is never a day I dread coming into work. The day to day tasks are always changing so it makes things interesting. Upper management is quick to act on ideas and put them into action if they make sense.

Sometimes you wear may hats and if you are not good at multitasking it can be a bit overwhelming.

Open door policy with management, casual dress code, hands on training, free lunch on Wednesdays.

Growing pains can cause disjointed leadership and confusing expectations from time to time. However, management is always willing to listen to feedback to address such issues.
