This wasn't a bad place to work until I got diagnosed with Cancer. There was always something new to learn at this company. They bought me lunch on my first day.

They let me go shortly after I was diagnosed with Stage IIIC Colon Cancer. I started on 6/10/15, was diagnosed on 7/2/15, my insurance through them was supposed to start on 9/1/15, but they let me go on 8/11/15. They even tried to deny me getting unemployment benefits.

From the moment I walked into the office for my interview I felt comfortable and welcome. After my interview I was introduced to all of the current employees as well as the CEO Pat, they were all very kind and friendly. When I walked out of the office I know that this is were I wanted to work. The office environment is so much fun and the people that work here make it even better! If you have a question about anything you can ask anyone and you will never hear " That's not my job, ask someone else," everyone is willing to help you because they want you to succeed. The people who work here will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Svantaggi

The software is really complex and is not something you will fully understand over night it will take months to fully understand the software. I am an impatient perfectionist and expect to understand everything right away and that is not the case here.
