No streamlined mgmt. The senior managers don't have any idea of what they are doing and risking the careers of other employees. No salary provision. Won't provide salary even though they'll ask you to work like a labour. The product is the worst and thus the revenue. Pressurizing the sales team to work which they do but if the product is only not differential how would sales team bring revenue. On every third day PIP would be issued. Freshers are not guided properly. Bad decision to work with such startup. And the threats of being removed from the organisation is worst as the company itself doesn't have adequate resources to provide and help the employees to showcase their full potential.
