Fraudulent company - Recensione dipendente - Help Desk presso eGuard Technology Services

The new COO of my former employer hired this company and fired all 3 of their internal IT staff in June 2018 (without any notice.) I learned that eGuard Technologies recommended that they fire all of us for "security concerns." Nevertheless, less than two weeks after we were fired, eGuard contacted me and offered me a job paying about half of what I was making. If they had recommended to my former employer to fire us for security reasons, why would they be reaching out to me offering me a job? eGuard Technologies cheats employers and employees alike; they very unethical.
