The people I met and will continue to stay in touch with. Adam Johnson hired me, and he was phenomenal. If he was still here, I would have done amazing in this role with his support and leadership. WFH is also a perk.

Svantaggi

Too many to list, but I will do my best. The biggest Con is the CEO of this company. In short, he is running this company into the ground. There is no work-life balance, I was just forced to use PTO for a sickness, and he thinks he owns you since he pays you a salary. Upon accepting my offer I was promised a certain style of leadership and culture. I was honestly excited! But after the EVP of sales left, rightfully so, everything went downhill VERY rapidly. The role I signed up for was completely changed, and not at all what I wanted. I was randomly expected to make 100+ calls a day (never mentioned in my offer), the original expectation was 35-40 personalized out reaches per day to land meetings. I was expected to pick up accounts that I knew nothing about, and I was expected to not ask questions about the turnover. It became a very toxic environment and I was expected to "Smile and Dial" all day long. Which is fine (there are roles for that), but that's not the job that was on the posting and not at all what I signed up to do. I have had that job before in a call center, it's something I would NEVER do again. I did my time. My favorite incident here was receiving an email directly from the CEO / Sales Manager / Account Manager (whatever you want to call him, the man has over 5 titles) "Nice Job Today" as the subject because I had hit 100 activities (regardless of saying to him it was NOT obtainable to do that much and take meetings etc). Followed by being called a disappointment. WHY was I a disappointment 30 minutes later? Because I refused to take a meeting that was scheduled over my lunch break. My lunch break has been the same since day 1 and is blocked off on my calendar. The CEO placed this meeting on my calendar OVER my lunch 45 minutes before the meeting was happening, I was unprepared and unwilling to take it. This was done intentionally because he forced us to share our full calendar with him so he could control it. I am sorry I value my personal time and stepping away to nourish my body. I deserve after the amount of anxiety and stress that comes with this job. Next, the benefits are horrendous. I actually declined healthcare coverage because of how expensive it is. Not to mention for any mothers to be, there is no maternity leave. Also, no culture whatsoever. Meetings are quiet and awkward, probably because most people are checked out and searching for better opportunities. It is honestly sad the amount of turnover he has had. Now, you're probably asking yourself... Why don't the employees speak up and voice concerns? And truth is we have, one guy was fired for standing his ground and OFFERING to step up in a higher role because he had the respect of the entire sales team. My very first meeting as a new employee was logging onto RJ addressing a survey regarding his horrible leadership, and yet nothing improved. Talk about a welcoming first call, geez. He forces us to learn this silly acronym "OAR" and "BED" OAR - ownership, accountability, and response (above the line). BED - blame, excuse, denial (below the line). RJ is a below the line manager and always will be if he continues to take no accountability for driving away good people. He blames everyone but himself for the turnover, he even blames the great resignation. He even said in a meeting "at least we won't have to worry about the upcoming recession because so many people have already laid themselves off." He is in complete DENIAL regarding his leadership and he thinks people admire him. RJ, I truly hope you are reading this and you have seen the other reviews because you truly need a wake up call. It is embarrassing at this point. Especially when potential customers are constantly being passed along because of so many people leaving. I was happy to leave this review because I hope it helps the next person avoid this situation entirely. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I abruptly quit because I couldn't stand the thought of working for him for one more minute. Especially as my entire team QUIT! Leadership has QUIT -- I was quite literally one of the last ones standing, so the micromanaging only got worse. Not ideal as I have no other job lined up, I just bought a brand new house, and inflation. But at least I will get my mental health back on track. Whatever you do, do not take this job.

I’m truly sorry you had a poor experience at EHS. It’s an especially difficult professional experience when the hiring manager who hired you leaves just a few months after you and several other teammates come on board and a new team was formed. In such situations, one’s adaptability is certainly tested through the transition to a new manager with different expectations and a different way of operating. It certainly does not make it any easier when you are also changing industries and learning a whole new business and market at the same time, as most people on the new team at the time, were doing. Transitions to an entirely new industry are sometimes successful and sometimes not – but they are almost always challenging. This was clearly a difficult period for you, and it pains me greatly, both personally and professionally, to read your review and better understand the frustration and stress you were under. You pain is palpable. I wish we could have discussed these concerns in person while you were here, as I’m sure we could have addressed most of them if we worked on them together. I’d welcome the opportunity to talk with you more about this experience, or if you’d be more comfortable speaking with HR, we’d be happy to schedule time. We wish you much success in your future endeavors. Best Regards, R.J. Lewis Founder & CEO

EHS is an excellent environment to build skills and take on meaningful responsibility early. I started as an intern and quickly transitioned into a full-time role. The team is supportive, full of fun personalities, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. RJ is a strong mentor—ambitious, fair, and open—with a decades long track record of success. I couldn’t think of a better place to start my entry into a field that’s now my career.

Svantaggi

I prefer a more urban location with transit so I think the office location could be more interesting.

eHealthcare Solutions was an excellent place to start my career in digital health advertising. From day one, I was trusted with meaningful responsibility and had hands-on exposure to how healthcare advertising really works. I learned everything from audience targeting and campaign strategy to client communication and performance optimization. That early experience played a huge role in shaping my career path and gave me a strong foundation in digital health. The team culture was collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping people grow. Leadership was approachable and encouraged learning, questions, and new ideas. It felt like a place where you could develop quickly because you were challenged in the right ways and supported along the way. The fast-paced nature of the business was a big plus. Priorities moved quickly, which pushed me to become more adaptable, think on my feet, and build strong problem-solving skills early in my career. It was a great environment for learning how to manage multiple projects and grow professionally.
