No cons really for this company

- colleagues, they are the only real plus. - good product.

- no structural departmental organization. - no strategy, you jut have to sell...you figure out how. - micromanagement...I would actually call it nano-management: timedoctor monitoring tool with screenshots every 15 minutes, monitoring the keyboard and mouse activity as well / weekly pipeline review meetings with no real structure, just 'how much did you sell' topic / email monitorization through the CRM tool, and more...
