Thank you for your feedback! This is definitely fair, and we do need to work on our training. We did reduce our medical premiums by nearly 50% across the board for all team members this August, so we definitely do not disagree that some work needed to be and still needs to be done there. We hope that we can continue to improve and have taken your feedback into consideration to enhance our hiring and retention practices.
