Lots of contractors, higher “turnover”

One of the great things about ELB is the flexibility in your day-to-day schedule. You have the options to pick your kids up from school or go to a doctors appointment.

The pay is severely low for industry standards. There is a lot of lack of direction on the sales team. Sales management is great, but they are always inaccessible and unavailable. There are never any quotas to hit or any real pipeline prediction. Lots of disorganization could be fixed by better communication inside and outside of the sales team.
