They don't make you feel scared or stressed. There's a separate team for each process so you can really just focus on your own role. Management respects work life balance - when you finish your day you can expect to properly relax and detach from work.

Nothing that's a deal breaker. Looks like they are working on it and expanding the diversity aspect.
