They don't follow any policies . Employees tend to leave from their side. No coding standards as per technical point . Low Talent and as well as no competitive standards. Dirty politics even by the senior management .They will have full partiality . They don't consider employees as employees .They behave in a very illicit manner with their employees. No decency towards employees No employee benefits ,No extracurricular activities. They will make you work and they don't give the employees their due respect. Employees are working here are mostly less than 4 years . So no growth from technical point of view . The reviews which you see as good are all waste . The advice to any person looking at these reviews should understand and act accordingly .
