These are plenty in number. 1. No work-life balance. 2. Management, CEO, HR will look for ways to cut your stipend. 3. No proper structure in terma of management, training. 4. Will talk of US and abroad but can't even handle a single company at Mohali. 5. Office is at a hopeless location, will talk of shifting but nothing happens. 6. They will say something at the time of hiring but later put clauses and force to sign bond agreements to trap you. 7. No opportunities to learn and grow. 8. CEO is a fraud and hopeless character who will only talk imaginative things with no relevance to reality. 9. They don't even provide wifi for study, training and doing work rather tell interns to use their own data. And call themselves an IT company. 10. No refreshments provided. Apart from occasionally offering Rs. 5 Namkeen and glass of tea nothing else. Cofee machine has no water in it.
