Very poor work ethics. cunning peoples with political mind,who tries to make full use of compulsion of freshers. In-sensible tech-leads and project managers. Horrible and inhuman policies, which makes employees feel as slave. Bunch of family members without any proper managerial virtue. No good projects. No facilities, no salary hikes. Every weekend extra work without any comp-off. Very bad infra-structure.

Management is bad. Its a small company.They management have little knowledge on running the company and make policies that would make your life hell. Same work again and again and again . No consistent /good clients.
