*A very chaotic and toxic environment run by junior mid management. *Junior management shows no business acumen or understanding of what drives a business *Reimbursements are painfully slow and trips are expensive. *Wages payments are always incorrect *Tendency to belittling high achievement due to lack of sales knowledge and understanding of how to read data. *Lack of peoples soft skills in junior management. *Upper management cannot help empowering short sighted mid managers. *Decisions are made in a totalitarian manner by unprepared mid management.
