Everyone’s nice and easy going

The pay was terrible, never got a pay rise the whole time I was there. They expect you to go above and beyond by doing things outside of your role & pay scale. There is no progression here it’s basically a dead end job especially if you’re working as a designer. You don’t get paid enough to do the job full time.

The work was really interesting and the projects were good and important.

No support at all from c level Gaslighting constantly our division Rude and disrespectful treatment to employees Absolutely no gatherings, reunions or ways to connect with HQ, we barely saw them. And when we did, they would not care or know what our division was doing. Working here was Traumatic to say the least. Avoid at all costs this company. I have never seen this level of unprofessional, unorganized and careless way to run a business.
