Severe morale issues across multiple departments - staff feel undervalued and burnt out Chronic overwork with unrealistic expectations and insufficient resources to meet demands Lack of recognition for employee contributions and achievements Clear favoritism - there's an obvious "inner circle" that receives preferential treatment while others are marginalized Dysfunctional leadership - the board consistently fails to reach consensus on critical decisions, creating organizational paralysis Mission drift - despite pure founding principles, day-to-day operations don't reflect the organization's stated values Poor communication from leadership to staff Limited opportunities for professional development or advancement outside the favored group

Worked at Esim Go for about two years and the original team was fantastic, felt progression was happening in terms of personal development and goals until they scrambled the management

Completely downhill from May 2024 when they made some strategical changes and hired the wrong C levels. Fired most of mid management in Autumn and demanded for the rest to pick up the slack, people were scared to loose their jobs and were overworked. HR didn't care even if people would cry in front of them out of desperation.
