It's been a bumpy ride for a few years.

Work from home is nice if you have a family.

A very mismanaged company, most people are siloed. Only 5 minutes a week with my direct report 1:1 Highest turnover I've ever seen. Company had 3 rounds of layoffs in a one year span, two of those layoffs were right before the annual bonus payout, I don't think that was by accident. Anyone with actual talent leaves pretty fast. No culture.
