I didn't have any cons

I get paid on time.

There has been a lot of job turnover at the main office and management has not been very transparent or forthcoming with details. My colleagues and I who work at the client site have no idea who does what any more. We have a hard time getting responses to our emails and calls to the main office. We have basically been plopped down at the client site and forgotten. We were just told by on-site company liaison/team lead that we will be getting our yearly increase -- this only after many inquiries, and we still don't know whether it is tied to the newly instated performance review system. ESTSI is basically a job shop. You will get paid on time. That's it.
