      Compensation/benefits are horrible...healthcare costs starting next year will be triple what they were when I started, with no compensation increase to offset it. The politics are insane. We lost our entrepreneurial CEO who had protected us for so long, and he was replaced with someone who is a SVP. It makes a difference. Even within our division, senior management is much more concerned with finger pointing and covering their butt, even if it is clearly not in the best interest of the division.

      Enjoyable experience, developers will help each other out. Willing to share code and review it. Flex time, full-time employees work from home one day a week. Take home laptops. IT management all have technical backgrounds.Deployment lunches every quarter.

      Requirements from the Business were often incomplete or vague. Not enough regression testing being done which results in errors showing up that should have been caught in Development and QA.
