Where to begin?! First of all training is a fast paced slapped together swiss cheese version. The line used "You will learn as you run into things". Say what? At least give your new hire a solid foundation to work with. The technology is literally bargin bin TEMU. The owner is "Frugal", which is so misused when you mean cheap. Equipment showing up on site extremely dirty and often missing item needed, ie power supplies for laptops? Management - Event Service team: They have such a high turnover they are constantly in survival mode for the Registration team, exhibits team, and conference team. They are now all run by someone that talks a slick game, but a little research into their LinkedIn you will find very little tenure with other companies. You have leadership that is filled with misogyny and sexism. Men that speak so horrible about women, sexual orientation, and shaming to religion and diet beliefs (You are not a man if you don't eat meat". Women in leadership known as the "Mean Girls", literally speak horrible to the male staff and take it upon themselves to constantly insert their "Management or Director" title. Full on Burn Out Culture!!!! Over promising client and under delivering. Overall, poooooor Management that simply care about themselves and their titles. Many of which I have no clue how they got to their positions, but manipulation and nepotism is 100% first and foremost. Software: Great software for the early 2000's. Currently so broken their poor programming team is overwhelmed with constant bandaid fixers. Their mobile app is constantly having issues, which again relates to how bad the registration software is that ties into the mobile app. Equipment: Shows up dirty, ie printers so coating with ink you burn through stock trying to remove ink smears and tablets covered in fingerprints. Scanners for Lead retrieval and sessions - you can literally find these on Temu in better condition. It's 2026! Who are you relevant showing up on site with a physical server vs using cloud based software? Employees: Some great employees. Overall though, many employees crying daily due to stress, lack of empathy for employees being people, and when you bring up issues, you are literally told to drop it if you want to continuing being employed Overall: Worst company I have ever worked for. Toxic at every Management level. Outdated software, hardware, and basic human interactions. AVOID for working with them as an employee and business partner.
