The workplace culture is friendly, inviting, and offers ample space for challenging and advancing oneself. It is definitely an environment where you can be rewarded for working hard and taking ownership and pride in your work. Everyone has a lot of control over their own domains, which is for some people and not others. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to challenge him or herself and can pave their own way, as at this place you're only limited by your own ambitions.
