Highly worst work culture , its almost like hardware installation and support people who daily visit 100 doors of clients to support or install drivers etc. Lot of lobbying Arabic mostly Syrian people are supported by middle management and higher management even if they are not doing any work . salary wise also lot of discrimination Syrian and Arabic people getting good salary than others even they have very rare expertise and skill set than others. Middle management fires/terminate Indian resources very frequently and there is no justice or verification from higher management for this. Work culture is also very bad , no process for hikes , appraisal , expense claims etc. work planning is extremely bad from middle management they will give you 100 hrs work and estimate given to client is 2 man days i.e. 16 hours. so you have to be in hell lot of pressure to achieve such impossible targets , this approach of middle management work allocation is to only Indian and non Arabic people.
