I was expecting holiday pay and vacation / sick pay but the other benefits have been a huge plus for me. The company offers group insurance which gives me great coverage at a lower premium. Sometimes you're unsure if management knows your daily ins and outs of the job as they provide a lot freedom and latitude in working here which is greatly appreciated. While working at this company, I've noticed everyone's work never goes unnoticed. Productivity and efficiency has always been appraised constantly here. While verbal compliments complement the work environment, there are also bonuses and raises to show appreciation to employees. Management remembers all employees' birthdays and celebrate holidays together boosting morale, friendship and teamwork. The company also caters breakfast and/or lunch at times which is very nice! Educated co-workers with experience. The co-workers here are extremely talented in what they do. Any question you have, they are happy to answer. Even if the situation is unique or if it occurred years ago, they know exactly what to do. I've seen first hand how their sales team is the best sales team I've ever dealt with. They closely monitor their clients' campaigns and expectations. Latest technology offered. The office is quiet providing a peaceful and relaxing work environment. The company makes sure you have excellent and accommodating IT support to help with any issues. All software applications are up to date. The computers are brand new with dual monitors to make your job easier. They sit on a large spacious desk so you can write, be on a conference call, eat, and work on the computer all at the same. They even change out your chairs often to keep you comfortable! In my experience, I've never seen the office run out of ink / paper. Consideration to employees. My favorite part of coming to work is that I can pack as much as I'd like. There's a spacious fridge, free high end coffee & condiments, and microwave. I feel comfortable spending my day at the office knowing I have everything I need. I don't need to pack cups, forks, or plates. Everything is supplied and never runs out as they are on top of keeping their employees needs met. Little things like that makes your work day.

As with all small companies, you need to work closely with one another. Every role matters. This is not the job for someone who plans on taking many days off a year. Work hours are 8:30-5:30PM.
