First of all, I want to sincerely thank Eteacher for allowing me to be part of this team. Throughout these four months, I have been pleasantly surprised by the human quality of all the members. Although the work is remote, the environment is as close as if we were physically working together. From the beginning, I have felt constant support from coaches, bosses, and other areas. This reflects the excellent work environment fostered here. Regarding my experience in the area of emotional sales, I must admit that, despite not having worked with this type of sales before, I have found the process very accessible. I have exceeded my monthly goals thanks to the support and motivation we receive daily from leaders and bosses. The system we use is practical and easy to use, and with a good internet connection and a suitable computer, everything runs smoothly. In addition, payments and salaries are transparent, and numerous bonuses motivate us to continue giving our best. Transparency and reliability in this aspect are something that I deeply value. I also want to highlight that the recruitment process was excellent, with a very professional team with great human quality. In short, I am very grateful for the opportunity and feel fortunate to be part of this company. I am motivated to continue growing here and always contribute the best of me.
