Work from home Not much micro-management Good management over sales team Decent accounts (would do very well if only they would support sales properly)

Sales and Recruiting (Delivery) on two different pages Sales has little to no support from Delivery side Execs over promise and under deliver Zero training Payroll messes up almost every pay cycle (contractors don’t get paid, commission for sales reps don’t get paid out properly if at all, etc) Owners of the company treat employees as disposable No work culture Recruiting team is offshore and don’t know candidate market well No incentive for recruiters to recruit on positions so they give up/do not try hard at all Owners talk down to employees CEO changes his mind on path of the company seemingly on a week to week basis ... I could go on
