There were no pros, management sucked the life of every single employee.

Management asked the employees to divide iinto groups and said group would focus on different aspects of improving company. It took a few months of 2 hour long meetings. When presented to management, they didn't appear to be listening and none of the "improvements" were ever utilized.

Management is a joke. Training is non-existent. When you were busy it was great but during the slow periods layoffs happen often.
