Great people! All of my co-workers were incredibly friendly and helpful. Training was available via partnerships and time was made between projects to take the classes. Reimbursement for travel expenses when onsite with clients was very straightforward and reasonably timely. If based out of the Plano office, all management is accessible as the office is small and the culture is relaxed.

Lack of hands-on training opportunities. Often instructed to "go read a book". If available instructor-led training did not fit with current project/pipeline calendar, on-demand would be substituted. Flexibility to different learning styles is limited, with an overwhelming tendency to rely on "drinking from the fire hydrant" mentality about learning new skills.
