There is a clear, compelling mission (helping one million women each achieve one million dollars in annual revenue) that creates alignment and purpose throughout everything they do. As both a former Managing Director and now in a corporate role - though contract, I've seen the infrastructure, the strategy, and the people - all of it is built to actually deliver results, not just look good on a website.

I love the environment here.
