Many thanks for your review. Taking part of eXPD8 can be a really fun experience and we are happy to hear you have enjoyed it. We are aware that working in a fast-paced environment can be stressful at times, that is why we encourage our staff to prioritise and to ask for support when need it. We do invest in our team and having recently undergone Getting Together meetings we are in the process of pulling together a Training Needs Analysis to enable additional training to be undertaken for all.
