eXp only cares about the real money makers of their biz - the realtors. Hence why all of the fantastic reviews are written by realtors. There are also a few fake positive reviews around the time the layoffs started, by 'staff'. (Mid Sept.) You read that right, there were and are layoffs happening, but we were told a week prior that nobody needed to worry about their jobs. The same week I didn't give such a great review in our employee satisfaction survey - which oddly enough isn't anonymous. Honorable Mentions: Leadership expected you to be working all the time and even with the unlimited PTO, seemed annoyed when you wanted to take time off.
