C-Suite is sometimes misleading with their communications - e.g., in June of 2022, the C-Suite made statements like “We’re built for this” and “we’re not anticipating layoffs”, but by September 2022, laid off a large portion of staff. Work-life balance was difficult to achieve. I worry about the company’s ability to sustain its rapid growth.
