      independently working. work from home and Exp provides equipment and has I.T. available at all times too for techy support, and our I.T dept ROCKS!! Always busy, day goes by quick. Leads/Management holds meetings a minimum of 2xs a week to keep us all in the know. We have Hurdles in the Auditorium for "ALL STAFF" to meet and go over company business. Its just so wonderful to meet and work with so many people around the world all under one CLOUD!

      I don't get to drive my new car as often as I would like and I always do lunches w/ my fur babies.

      all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
