      If you have drive, and experience and want to be your own boss with your name above the door - you couldn't pick a better company to partner with. You also have 'skin in the game' with Rev Share and the Share Scheme. Low overheads. A supportive culture and no micro-managing. I like my own freedom but if I need help it's there. Money - I have earned more than I ever imagined :)

      Not really anything negative, however, running your agency isn't for the faint-hearted! Work-life balance can be a juggling act.

      The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

      all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
