      If you want to work somewhere you can fly under the radar and be a yes person, then your job security is intact unless you fall victim to a crazy CEO and/or an effort to boost stock prices.

      Every wonder how someone got their job? This company is full of middle management people that you just wonder how they got there. They bring in tech people from outside real estate that have zero clue about real estate or people in real estate that have no clue about tech.

      The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

      all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
