I love the freedom exp gives with branding and allowing agents to have the support they need without having to report to a specific office.

I think it takes someone who is relatively self accountable to make sure they’re reaching out to brokers with questions and keeping up with their trainings etc

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
