10moThank you for sharing your perspective. While we don’t agree with all of it, we understand it comes from a place of deep frustration. That deserves respect, especially from someone who gave years to building eXp.
Employee departures are painful. Full stop. It doesn’t matter how necessary or strategic they are. The human impact is real and we know that how these moments are handled matters just as much as why they happen.
We also know that conversations about AI can trigger fear. Our intent is to help employees focus on the highest-value, most human parts of their work. It’s about increasing leverage, so each person’s work creates more value, not less. That will help us bring greater value to our customers.
