1) They have 2 land line phones for 50 employees. Employees keep on quarreling for the same, except sales guys since company gives the compensation to them for mobile phone usage. 2) No laptops for the sales guys. So if you are a sales guy in this company and you even don't own a smart phone then the only way you could access emails is by coming to office. 3) Mere 5-6 desktop computers for a work force of around 50. 4) There is no justification given for the targets set by management for sales guys. 5) No training will be provided once you join, but it will be promised during the interview phase.
