Regarding the benefits eligibility period, unfortunately, you're correct- like most companies, we do have an eligibility period. Benefits become effective the first month after 45 days of employment. This is a policy locked into our plan with our broker. I'm happy to share the feedback, and see if there is any way to shorten the eligibility gap in our next plan year.
