Constant Organizational Changes: Unfortunately, the company is currently undergoing numerous changes that have had a direct and often unsettling impact on employees. The lack of stability has created uncertainty and disrupted workflows across departments. No Salary Adjustments Amid Inflation: Despite the rising cost of living and significant inflation affecting everyone, there has been no pay increase. This has understandably led to frustration, especially for those who have remained dedicated through challenging periods. Revised Bonus Structure: The bonus scheme has been altered, eliminating quarterly bonuses in favour of a single annual payout. This change has demotivated many employees who previously relied on more frequent recognition of their performance. Reduced Flexibility in Work Arrangements: One of the most significant shifts has been the reduction in remote work flexibility. Employees are now required to be in the office four days a week, with only four weeks’ notice given. This change has been particularly difficult for those who valued the previous hybrid model of two remote and three in-office days. Loss of Company Events: This year, there will be no company organised events. These gatherings have historically been a valued opportunity for employees to build relationships with peers and connect across departments—especially important in a company with multiple locations.
