I’ve seen toxic work culture, and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Minimum wage only, so you’ll have constant turnover and the people who last a while are going to be unreliable and or just desperate. The restaurant (oracle and Magee) that I worked at was straight up filthy and the existing management when I came in just didn’t seem to care at all. Leadership is only experienced with Eegees so they don’t know that it can be better.
