The product lacks genuine market fit and requires reps to convince prospects that a problem exists before they can even begin selling which becomes an exhausting and often losing battle. Leadership is disconnected, based overseas, and consistently makes poor decisions while remaining completely confident they are doing a good job. Management at the ground level reflects that same dysfunction. PTO is labeled unlimited but using it comes at a cost to your KPIs, and you will not be paid out on it when you leave. Severance does not exist for sales roles. This is a company that will say whatever it takes to get you in the door and deliver on very little of it.
