There are front end and back-end team. - highly not recommended to join as backend developer. - always finds a way to cut your pay. - won't take your reviews/view if you're going to resign - won't get release documents on time after multiple follow ups. -JUST CARE ABOUT ONE PERSON IN THE COMPANY. NO OTHER EMPLOYEE IS IMPORTANT FOR THEM.
