      Beware when you are hired as a Business Analyst, most of the times you need to work as Accountant, HR, Business Development, etc.. basically you need to wear tones of hat, and they expect you must be able to multitasking every time each day. Not suitable if you think that you hired as a part-timer, because the workload is just the same as full time employee. To cut the long story short, IF YOU PAY PEANUTS, YOU GET MONKEYS.

      1. There are only a few full-time staff members who can help guide new staff or interns. 2. There are a lot of tasks that beyond the job scope that need to be done with minimal guidance. 3. Sometimes need to work on weekends. 4. Need to deal with the Director directly.
