You can also enjoy a big amount of nice benefits e.g.: - 4 days working week during a summer - Support for remote working - Perfect work-family-time balance (choose reasonably your working time) - Flat hierarchy - Contribution to your sport activities - Support for self-development (conferences, books, etc.) - Yearly company outing (Baltic sea, Saxony, ...) - Premium coffee, free drinks, and fruits - Summer Fridays (company pays for barbecue -> yes we have a rooftop!) - Open financial results to everyone (everyone has an impact and can see the results)

      - They really care about the people - The team : we are like a big family and there are a lot of team activities - You can take ownership for projects and get responsibilities from day one - Transparency : everyone knows what is going on in the company - Rooftop terrace <3 + nice office space - flexible working hours and working from home
