eshots is a great company to work for, the people are very knowledgeable and will help you learn and grow in your career. Managers and upper management have an "open door" policy, if you ever have something on your mind there are countless people that will help you and listen. It's a collaborative and positive working environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Also get exposure to fun clients and events - in the 2 years I've worked here no 2 projects are exactly the same - which keeping things interesting!

None really - great people, management and culture.

I am fairly new to eshots but it became clear very quickly that I am among a passionate management team and highly intelligent colleagues. Everyone has welcomed me warmly and inserted me into projects without question. They take the time to shorten my learning curve through training and demonstration. I love that everyone has shown intense hunger to learn what they don’t understand and over-deliver on client expectations. It’s also refreshing to be able to work hard and then join colleagues during lunch or after work to support local causes, support a colleague in their hobby or watch exciting local events like the air and water show! I mentioned how smart everyone is already but every single team/division here knows their craft and very well. It’s safe to say each team confused the heck out of me at least once during their department training (which is a good thing!). The health benefits are amazing and the company supplies you with the latest apple devices. Management is flexible with your needs including work hours and location (if you need to work from home a day or two). The CEO is actually approachable and human! This makes it more fun and comfortable to come to work and present ideas. HR is present in the company and has a voice which has gone a long way for everyone. eshots is somewhere I see myself growing immensely with now and long into the future.

It can sometimes take a while to get new processes, proposals or ideas approved or in the works because everyone is so busy. The location of the office is beautiful and makes for an awesome commute on a summer or fall day walking 15 minutes from Ogilvie or Union Station but will be challenging in the winter wind.
